Arabian Car Marketing Company LLC has been associated with Ford since 1988 and is the exclusive distributor for Ford and Lincoln vehicles in Oman.  

ACM has 7 Ford sales branches and service facilities in 26 locations across Oman. Our exclusive service Facility is based in Wattayah, Muscat. 

ACM has the most modern diagnostic equipment handled by fully trained technicians who are certified by Ford to handle and diagnose Ford and Lincoln vehicles across Oman. First Service Visit


Like any vehicle, your Ford too requires you to bring it for regular service. This helps in keeping your Ford fit and making your journeys rewarding. 

As per our service policies, to serve you better, all vehicles are admitted for service through appointments except those that require critical/emergency attention. 

Just so that you don’t spend precious time reminding yourself about this simple task, our service team leaders will speak to you a week before your service due date. This personalized reminder service comes at no extra cost and will remind you to schedule an appointment whenever service is due. 

On an average the period of service for any Ford vehicle is around 90 minutes. This is in case the vehicle is admitted for regular service with no extraordinary faults. The same may extend to an hour in case of a major service interval.

In Case of Emergency


Ford’s Road Assist is a complimentary roadside assistance offered on purchase of your new Ford/Lincoln vehicle. This service is valid anywhere in the GCC and available up to 5yrs/100,000kms for Ford and 6yrs/120,000kms for Lincoln whichever is earlier. 

To avail this service you will have to provide your vehicle’s VIN(Vehicle Identification Number) displayed just below the Front Windscreen and Plate Number apart from your location and contact number.

•FORD - ESP - Start - up - One time purchase up to 6 yrs/200,000 kms with one upgrade. 

•FORD - ESP-Flexible-Any time purchase from the current kilometre to 3 yrs/60,000 kms.

ACM  -PPS-Any time purchase from the current kilometre to 2 yrs/40,000 kms.

Customers can redeem the points at their convenience against service visits in the service facility.

We are continuously going all out to bring a smile across your face. We are always open to receiving valuable feedback from you which will in turn help us serve you better. You are encouraged to convey your feedback through the below listed ways: 

  • Through feedback form available with Service Advisor desk. 
  • Through CVP Questionnaire to familiarize you when Ford Contacts you. This will be handed over to you by the Service Advisor. 
  • Through Telephone call after THREE days of service delivery. 
  • Ford may keep in touch with you with in a month of the service visit.
  • One of our Managers will contact you ongoing through the feedback you have given to understand and serve you better. 
  • To reach you correctly,we may seek to know the contact number and email id of this vehicle user. We may use this to request your feedback through a web survey. If there is a change / update in your contact details, we would appreciate if you could provide the details to our Service Advisor.

Through this medium, Ford Motor Company attempts to reach out to customers after their service visit using the email address provided.This gives us information about your view on the service provided. 

A sample questionnaire will be supplied to you separately for your reference. This will familarise you over the Customer View Point format. You may be expected to view and offer your opinion through web enabled method.
